May receive direction/coaching from Fraud Specialist level 2 or Fraud Analysts.<br/><br/><b>JOB DUTIES</b><br/><br/><b>Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>Primary function will involve fraud investigations related to Wizards Organized Play programs; including but not limited to Wizards Play Network programs, sanctioned events, Sales programs and Magic: The Gathering community.<br/><br/>Will be trained to review and investigate simple to moderately complex CNP orders to detect fraudulent activity within Magic: The Gathering Online game including: CNP transactions, accounts and in-game activity.<br/><br/>Serves as a point of contact between customers, internal teams, payment processors and/or shipping carriers where necessary.<br/><br/>Researches and resolves simple to moderately complex credit card chargebacks and disputes.<br/><br/>Will be trained in basic fraud analysis concepts, practices, and procedures.<br/><br/>Must strictly follow policies and procedural guidelines to perform the functions of the job.<br/><br/>Handles e-mail and phone and maintains an excellent customer service at all times including both internal and end user customers.<br/><br/>Must be flexible to work shifts on a 24/7 basis<br/><br/>Works under immediate supervision.<br/><br/>Secondary Functions<br/><br/>Provide basic support for daily e-Commerce functions<br/><br/>Conducts/assists in simple projects as required.<br/><br/>Other duties as assigned.<br/><br/><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br/><br/>Prior Related Experience:<br/><br/>Strong knowledge of Wizards products, particularly Magic: The Gathering game along with solid knowledge of Wizards Play Network programs including active participation in sanctioned tournaments/events will give a strong advantage.<br/><br/>Training will be provided, however, proven relevant experience in the fraud field or related field is a definite advantage. Useful provable skills relating to/involving investigation procedures, data analysis, problem solving a plus.<br/><br/>Position involves writing detailed case investigation reports. Must be able to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.<br/><br/><b>Education and Training:</b><br/><br/>Typically requires a minimum of a high school degree.
