Our Hasbro Licensed Consumer Products team is looking for an Associate Manager, Promotions/Partnerships and Location Based Entertainment to support the North American team. In this highly collaborative and meaningful role, we need you to support the development and execution of programs across all Hasbro IP in North America.

 

Using your talents and skills, you will be tasked with delivering against the team’s financial targets (revenue, profitability, and growth ambition) as well as delivering against global brand objectives. This position will allow you to support our global organization while delivering a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and long long-term planning.

 

A Day in the Life as a Associate Manager:

  • You will research trends, categories, and brand targets to develop new programs and align with the strategy of each Hasbro IP.
  • Identify and outreach to new brand targets and contacts.
  • Ideate and prepare pitch materials to initiate and solidify brand curiosity about world-class programs.
  • Drive execution and account management of deals in North America including partner relations (with an eye to developing long-term partnerships), contract administration, fees, invoicing, and coordination with Hasbro departments and creative/product development to ensure all deals reflect the integrity of what was agreed and elevate Hasbro IP.
  • Partner with our internal groups to improve efficiencies and elevate Hasbro opportunities, internal groups include, but are not limited to Consumer Products colleagues across Territories, Creative, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Franchise, Brand, Finance, and Legal.
  • Manage the outgoing and incoming updates to/from internal teams, regional counterparts, and agencies to ensure the department is appropriately sharing & receiving information, insights, materials, etc. to enhance strategy, business development, and efficiency.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years experience within promotions & partnerships, location-based entertainment, or licensing; preferably at a Studio or Ad-Agency within the Entertainment Industry.
  • Experience working with external partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently with a range of personalities and styles at all levels of an organization – internal and external.
  • Creative, detail-attentive nature, resourceful, and strong organizational skills.
  • You should be highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

 

 

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the U.S. salary range for this role is: 66,150 - 122,850. Starting salaries will vary within the stated range based on various factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, skill set, knowledge, education, performance, market demands and budgetary considerations. The range listed is just one component of Hasbro’s total compensation package for employees.
