About the Internship Program:

Over the course of 10 weeks, a select group of college and university students will join us, gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbro’s beloved brands, gaining meaningful work-experience through day-to-day training, hands-on projects, individual development planning, and mentorship. We are in need of a Business Analyst who will act as the commercial customer teams' primary point of contact for gathering, analyzing and reporting data and insights to accelerate sales opportunities. You will also partner with Sales and Customer Strategic Managers to identify specific opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do:

• You'll help drive the business! By capturing, analyzing and partnering with key commercial team members, you'll accelerate sales opportunities through the use of various data tools and analytics to drive share and sales growth.

• You will develop our brick & eCommerce omni reporting process and insights and conduct quarterly review call with field teams to understand drivers and opportunities.

• You'll support the implementation of sales analytics tools and serve as support for commercial teams' understanding of new metrics, context and action to drive omnichannel share & sales growth opportunities.

• Building effective working relationships with internal business partners and field sales members will be key to driving the business.

What You'll Bring:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program majoring Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Retail Merchandising & Planning, Business Management or related degree with at least one quarter or semester left after August 2024.

• Available to work full-time hours for 10 weeks in person at our Providence, RI office location.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of CPG and/or Retail experience

• Proficiency in digital analytical tools used to analyze Stores and eCommerce performance, data and trends

• Strong understanding of digital shelf product detail pages and impact on retailer site algorithm

• Knowledge of commercial customer team roles and basic selling skills

• Problem solving and decision-making skills with an analytical approach

• Expert level of Microsoft suites; emphasis on Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Sumifs, and basic formula script)
