Supply Chain Finance Manager of Productivity

We are expanding our Supply Chain finance team to support our Manufacturing Excellence transformation initiatives. This role will be part of a team driving the development of our global transformation strategy including the implementation of Lean and Design to Value initiatives across our product portfolio. The Supply Chain Finance Manager will play a critical role in keeping a financially driven focus on these initiatives, including the valuation of productivity opportunities, evaluation of investments and post audit of monthly performance.

This position is US based and can be located remotely (East Coast preferred).

A Day in the life as a Supply Chain Finance Manager:

• Support business partners by providing insightful and actionable financial analysis enabling data led decisions, leading to the delivery of our productivity goals.

• Define and develop financial valuation methodology to support transformation initiatives such as product design optimization, value stream mapping, Kaizen events and other quick hit projects.

• Dive deep into product cost data as a hands-on finance leader and synthesize insights to business partners.

• Provide analysis of monthly financial performance against productivity objectives, including executive level reporting, management updates, and share process insights throughout the organization.
• Build financial competence across Industrial Engineering team and provide financial counsel to team to ensure sound financial and operational decisions.

• Communicate in a clear, respectful, and persuasive way to lead to buy-in and positive outcomes with your continuous improvement initiatives. Approach each project and your internal customers with the understanding that change requires trust and partnership

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related business degree.
• Required: 5+ years of financial experience with 2+ years in a supply chain finance role within manufacturing or CPG environment.
• Understanding of general accounting principles with experience in product costing & contract manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel & Power Point and experience working with SAP.
• A high level of intellectual curiosity combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effectively communicates simply to non-finance business partners.
