Hasbro International Trading BV (&#39;HIT&#39;) is Hasbro SA&#39;s distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe&nbsp; Hasbro France SAS (&#39;the Company&#39;)provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in France.</span></span></p> <p>Hasbro European Services  and Hasbro France (shared Service Centre) provide Credit Control services to Hasbro businesses in the EMEA region.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>We are looking for a Credit Analyst for a seven months contract (maternity leave replacement). The position is located in Le Bourget Du Lac (Savoie - France) or Valencia (Spain). Home office accepted 2 days per week.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The purpose of this role is to provide the following services: </strong></p> <p>To optimise balance between risk and security in credit control . To recommend, update and maintain trade credit lines on accounts located in the countries under responsibility and according to applicable European Credit polices. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You will be responsible for :</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Compiling, analysis and evaluation of customer credit information (create “Credit evaluation forms” per customer for review with management)</li> <li>Rating risk potential for delivery notes “on Hold” and decide on action</li> <li>Internal Control: Keep SOX compliance for Credit area and Sox controls as required for assigned counties</li> <li>Understanding Hasbro’s trading organisation and provide support to the sales service teams in a pro-active manner ensuring that the needs and reason behind recommendations are communicated in a  clear and friendly manner both internally and externally</li> <li>Reporting for regional and international reviews (Bad Debt analysis,  etc.)</li> <li>Providing “Ad hoc” requests and Reports, preparation of balance sheet reviews and reports for audit reviews</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>The successful candidate will possess:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>University Degree in Finance & Accounting or Business School diploma</li> <li>Demonstrable working experience in credit controlling and in a multinational environment. Customer accounting environment and a financial background is an advantage</li> <li>Fluent in Business level English</li> <li>Service and team focused, pro-active attitude, hands on mentality and high interpersonal skills</li> <li>Able and willing to effectively act in a complex and very dynamic business environment</li> <li>Background in SAP R/3 and MS Office (Mainly Excel)  are of advantage</li> <li>Proactive, highly motivated and positive attitude</li> </ul>
