Hasbro Poland (‘the Company’)provides sales and marketing and other services to HET and HIT and their customers in Central and Eastern Europe (‘Customers’).</p> <p>Currently to our office in Warsaw we're looking for a passionate individual for position of Brand Manager.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Specific responsibilities and tasks:</strong></p> <p>• To be the brand and consumer expert, inspire confidence and have excellent competitor knowledge on areas of relevance to their brands<br /> • Learn and understand key insights of all CEE countries and plan strategic support for them<br /> • Understand and implement global/ EU marketing strategies in the relevant market, adapting them to local needs, wherever relevant<br /> • Comprehensive management of the product categories<br /> • Plan and execute with excellence all key global/ EU projects for given categories<br /> • Build brands in line with corporate branded play strategy and transfer into measurable action steps<br /> • Initiate, develop  and implement  promotion and communication strategies (incl. media, consumer and retail promotions, events, in-store, PR etc )<br /> • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals<br /> • Cooperate with agencies concerning strategy execution and 360° campaign preparation<br /> • Monitor and analyse toys market, consumer behaviour and actions undertaken by the competition<br /> • Present plans and performance to licensors where appropriate<br /> • Constantly monitor product availability, propose actions to overcome issues<br /> • Analyse brand performance, give recommendations to constantly improve<br /> • Presentation of brand strategies and products at previews, toy fairs, retailer events etc.<br /> • Cooperate closely with Retail Activation team to work out bespoken customer promotions<br /> • Cooperate with Sales Department with regards to product profitability analyses and main retail activities,<br /> • Develop additional local web requirements in cooperation with Digital Team<br /> • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers<br /> • A&P budget allocation and monitoring<br /> • Monitor ongoing media plan vs stock availability and performance<br /> • Coach, train and monitor performance of the junior staff in the team</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required skills and experience:</strong></p> <p>• Educated to degree level<br /> • At least 3 years of experience in sales & marketing commercial environment<br /> • Evidence of delivering effective plans, products and marketing communications programs as part of a team.<br /> • Experience of writing and delivering effective presentations.<br /> • Project management experience<br /> • Excellent verbal & written communication skills<br /> • Fluent English<br /> • Ability to write effective briefs including ability to probe and challenge<br /> • Ability to evaluate effectiveness of plans and programs<br /> • Evidence of ability to persuade and influence<br /> • Ability to interpret a media plan<br /> • Solution focused<br /> • Ability to productively manage people under tight deadlines<br /> • Ability to work independently and as a team player<br /> • Strong analytical skills<br /> • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously</p>
