Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe. Hasbro Poland ('the Company')  provides sales and marketing and other services to HET and HIT and their customers in Central and Eastern Europe (‘Customers’).</p> <p>We are looking for a passionate individual to manager and lead our Sales Team, located in 4 CEE countries.</p> <p><br /> Main tasks:</p> <p><br /> • Formulate and recommend and then execute once approved a commercial and channel strategy that maximises HET/HIT sales growth and the return on investment (Terms /JMA /FOB /Channel exclusives/promotional investment) and recommend and implement appropriate accountability and control measures in place<br /> • Ensure that HET/HIT approved commercial and channel strategy is supported by robust channel and account business plans that reflect Hasbro strategic Brand and portfolio priorities<br /> • Provide clarity and accountability to the team for the execution of the above plans <br /> • Clearly communicate a vision to the team, clarifying expectations and responsibilities<br /> • Develop and maintain effective models for analysing Customer profitability<br /> • Utilise all relevant EPOS and market data to help formulate business plans and to make effective ranging, commercial and investment recommendations<br /> • Support Consumer Products through continued integration within the sales team and major retailer pitches/events<br /> • Ensure the sales, and marketing services teams deliver “Brilliant basics”<br /> o Distribution points /data and analysis<br /> o Forecasting accuracy<br /> o Meeting and account management disciplines<br /> o New line forms<br /> o Reworks<br /> o JMA management<br /> o ROS intelligence<br /> o Stock in trade data<br /> o Promotional database capture and recommendations<br /> o Clear stock supply, through Ordering cycles<br /> o SSC support<br /> • Recommend and secure the right levels of distribution and retail presence by channel /account for franchise, partner and challenger brands and secure YOY distribution increases and improvement in Franchise Brand representation and space at retail.<br /> • Work with the Marketing and Finance Director to lead the planned deliverables through the local leadership team<br /> • Communicate closely with the VP Regional Commerce and be a key member of the Sales Leadership Team (selected markets)<br /> • Network with other internal European/Global Sales Leaders to share learning/ best practice</p> <p>This role has responsibility for managing a team:<br /> • Manage and lead the team to ensure they have the skill sets, resources and support needed to deliver in their role and achieve objectives, and that they operate in a manner consistent with the Hasbro values:<br /> • Ensure appropriate quarterly performance conversations take place to effectively develop and retain talent to meet current and future business needs<br /> • Make training, coaching or mentoring available to develop talent and improve overall performance, whilst embracing feedforward/feedback principles, and effectively deal with any performance issues in a timely manner to ensure high standards are maintained<br /> • Provide guidance on team objectives and provide constructive feedback on performance on an on-going basis<br /> • Lead the team by example: ensuring effective communication, support and recognition is in place<br /> • Identify, recruit, retain and develop talent</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> Desirable qualification:<br /> • Post-graduate degree in Sales, Marketing or Business discipline<br /> • Essential qualification: Degree level or equivalent<br /> • A solid track record of experience and achievement in a senior commercial leadership role dealing with core retail partners<br /> • Senior level experience of customer relations in one or more of our key customer channels (grocery, toy specialists etc.)<br /> • An in-depth understanding of marketing, promotions, and retail impact in a sector where children are the major consumer in the local retail landscape<br /> • Experience in P&L management<br /> • Knowledge of trade business terms and commercial conditions<br /> • Ability to interact with and influence senior management<br /> • In-depth understanding of key developments in the changing retail environment<br /> • Highly numerate with the ability to analyse complex and sometimes incomplete data and make sound commercial decisions based on that analysis<br /> • Skilled negotiator with the ability to negotiate at a senior level<br /> • Excellent verbal reasoning skills, able to influence based on a factual and personal/emotional basis with ease<br /> • Exceptionally developed leadership behaviours with a proven track record of being able to inspire others and lead a large diversified team<br /> • Commercially driven and focused on the achievement of targets and goals, able to inspire others to the same<br /> • Authentic and credible in leading others and in developing relationships with other senior managers and customers<br /> • Able to inspire a performance culture in the organisation by creating an environment that doesn’t settle for second best<br /> • Good presentation skills<br /> • Demonstrable project management skills<br /> • Must be willing to travel<br /> • Results oriented with passion to succeed<br /> • An ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment<br />
