Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe. Hasbro Poland ('the Company')  provides sales and marketing and other services to HET and HIT and their customers in Central and Eastern Europe (‘Customers’).</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">.</span></p> <p>• Contribute to setting and implementing the overall sales strategy<br /> • Development & Implementation of customized Channel sales strategies<br /> • Key member of the Sales Leadership Team<br /> • Drive Business in own portfolio but also takes a broader view of the overall commercial priorities, sharing best practice as appropriate and leading cross departmental projects<br /> • Identify and champion continuous improvement in assigned portfolio including new business and growth opportunities and new ways to better meet customer needs<br /> • Leverage full support of the wider business resources as appropriate to meet customer needs<br /> • Direct the individual account business plans to ensure they meet both Hasbro and customer objectives and reflect the overall sales and brand strategy<br /> • Represent the company at senior levels within the customer base to ensure the image of Hasbro is maintained and enhanced<br /> • Build outstanding relationships with senior buyers/directors in own area and others as necessary<br /> • Lead a team including senior professional Sales people, to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and relevant contribution rates<br /> • Lead terms negotiations and ensure in line with overall sales strategy and budgets and in line with European parameters<br /> • Develop appropriate sales, promotional, ranging and in store merchandising sales strategies to achieve short and medium-term company goals for account portfolio<br /> • Partner with marketing and customer strategic marketing to ensure full understanding and execution of the Brand strategies and plans<br /> • Present the Channel account plan to the Management Team for approval<br /> • Share Channel best practices<br /> • Conduct regular store checks focused on monitoring performance of entrusted channel on assigned markets<br /> • Attend product previews in conjunction with Senior Sales Reps with relevant customers as appropriate<br /> Manage and lead the regional team to ensure they have the skill sets, resources and support needed to deliver in their role and achieve objectives, and that they operate in a manner consistent with the Hasbro values:<br /> • Ensure appropriate quarterly performance conversations take place to effectively develop and retain talent to meet current and future business needs<br /> • Provide guidance on team objectives and provide constructive feedback on performance on an on-going basis<br /> • Lead the team by example: ensuring effective communication, support and recognition is in place<br /> • Identify, recruit, retain and develop talent<br />  </p> <p>REQUIRED SKILLS:</p> <p> </p> <p>• Degree level education (or equivalent), within business, sales or marketing related fields<br /> • In-depth understanding of the retail landscape and key developments in a changing retail environment<br /> • Strong numeracy with the ability to analyse complex and sometimes incomplete data and make sound commercial decisions based on that analysis<br /> • Excellent verbal reasoning skills, able to influence based on a factual and personal/emotional basis with ease<br /> • People management ability<br /> • Solid sales experience<br /> • Experience of leadership and influence in an International company<br /> • Excellent Sales process knowledge<br /> • Authentic and credible in leading others and in developing relationships with other stakeholders on all levels and customers<br /> • Able to inspire a performance culture in the team by creating an environment that doesn’t settle for second best<br /> • Strong negotiation and presentation skills at all levels<br /> • Ability to build and execute a Sales strategy<br /> • Strong commercial skills and Account Management<br /> • Strong influencing skills<br /> • Understand how to align trade terms to drive channel profitability for Hasbro<br /> • A strong influencer who can navigate internally to optimize our way of doing business<br /> • Fluent in English<br /> DESIRABLE:<br /> • Spoken/written skills in other European languages is a bonus, but not essential<br /> • Strong Sales Management behaviours with a proven track record of being able to inspire others<br /> • Curiosity and resistance to internal and external pressures<br /> • Excellent planning ability<br /> • Organised self-starter<br /> • Strong Presentation ability<br /> • Excellent Communication ability<br /> • Team player<br /> • Ability to lead, manage, motivate and develop others</p> <p> </p>
