We're seeking a Sr. Manager, Integrated Media Planning to join our team!    As a leader in the global media organization, you will help develop tools and talent that drive innovative, data driven media strategies around the globe.   You will partner with cross-functional global media teams to help influence global media strategies, requiring you to have the ability to adapt to different cultures in both internal and external communication. You will also be tasked with influencing key stakeholders within Hasbro, presenting the Media Team’s approach to strategy and planning.    You also will be a key evangelist for media within Hasbro, but also with retailers and key partners to show our leadership in the marketplace.  You will educate teams on media trends and platforms, providing on-going reporting and analysis of campaign performance and executing on business opportunities that you identify.   This position reports to VP of Global Media based in our Pawtucket, RI office.   A day in the life as a Sr. Integrated Planner   <ul> <li>Collaborate with agency teams to drive global planning principals for North America, EMEA, LATAM and Asia Pac markets.  Help translates these principals into data driven frameworks for market investments that can be consistently measured across the world.   </li> <li>Partner closely with regional and market media talent to create relevant, localized media plans and tactics that align to a global strategy.   Identify if plans deviate from the principals and partner with local teams on business rationale.</li> </ul>   <ul> <li>Curate insights for local markets and senior leadership on media strategic through biannual media scorecards and learning presentations.  Able to provide clear and relevant performance insights to multiple stakeholders; as well as the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions from various media metrics</li> </ul>   <ul> <li>Collaborate with Global Brand teams on content by educating the team on the role of media platforms, creative best practices and past performance analytics.   </li> <li>Drive an integrated process across media and content teams to ensure markets always have visibility into global assets, formats and timing for their local activations.   </li> </ul>   <ul> <li>Manage one direct report, global media analyst who will drive ongoing reporting and insights across media investments and campaign performance.   </li> <li>Maintain effective and collaborative relationships with a wide array of cross-functional partners including campaign planning, creative/content strategy, market planning, in-house and external activation (agency) partners, analytics, media infrastructure/operations, legal, etc.     </li> </ul> What you'll bring: <ul> <li> <h1>7+ years experience in media strategy and execution for global consumer directed brands, either as an agency lead or member of inhouse team.</h1> </li> <li> <h1>Proven track-record of contributing to integrated media strategies combining both off and online platforms, with measurable results for multiple markets.</h1> </li> <li>Prior experience in managing media agencies with strong understanding of agency structures, fee models and staffing protocols.</li> </ul>   <ul> <li>In depth understanding of media analytics ranging from media mix modeling through digital performance metrics.</li> <li> <h1>Ability to work closely and effectively with teams in a matrix environment; including manage and collaborate with vendors and agencies to achieve agreed upon goals with problem solving attitude.</h1> </li> <li> <h1>Global travel required quarterly.</h1> </li> </ul>
