We at Hasbro Benelux are recruiting for Junior Customer Service Rep (Dutch & English speaking). In this role you will be based mainly in our Amsterdam office with the flexibility to also work from home.  

 

As a Customer Service Rep, you will be working in our fun team delivering HET/HIT Benelux customers their requirements, orders, quotes, content, and reports throughout the year including busy peak periods. As a valued team member, you will also support your team during planned and unplanned periods.

 

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Ensure accuracy and timely order management of the Benelux orders.
  • Resolve routine and non-routine enquiries and deliver the high service to our customers.
  • Communication with the customers by emails and phone.
  • Complete Customer Service tasks such as pricing approvals, crafting internal POs, etc.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Marketing).
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver product information to the customers in line with their critical paths.
  • Have a clear understanding of our business objectives and account promotional activities and support the delivery of local activation plans & Product Launches.
  • Adhere to all SOX processes ensuring 100% compliancy
  • Be flexible and willing to help.

 

About You

In order to succeed in this role, you have shown ability to work in a team with individual input and you are a keen and fast learner.

 

You will need to have:

  • Previous experience in customer service team
  • Languages: Dutch and English
  • You are solution oriented
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office - and the ability to learn new packages including SAP.
  • Able to prioritize and manage the tasks
  • Great sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional and positive attitude
