  • Supervise adaptation schedules, agency workloads, and asset readiness to support timely Go-To-Market and media plans.
  • Ensure creative integrity is maintained across all markets while tailoring the messaging for local impact.

Operational Excellence & Process Development

  • Recommend suggestions for asset creation and adaptation based on performance audits and regional takeaways.
  • Manage allocated budgets, vendor costs, and highlight risks or overspend.

Cross-functional & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with global and regional marketing, brand, and customer marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.
  • Act as the liaison between agencies and internal collaborators, ensuring mutual understanding of briefs, feedback, etc.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience (ideally 3 - 5+ years) in transcreation, localization, creative adaptation, or marketing operations, preferably in the consumer goods, entertainment industry, and creative agencies.
  • Experience in working with external vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows and digital/traditional media formats (banners, video, in-store).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities; skilled at influencing partners at all levels; Proficient in English (required).
  • Strategic problem solver with a proactive and creative mentality, capable of anticipating challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator) and an understanding of video production layers and formats are a plus.
  • Experience with budget oversight, agency performance tracking, and sophisticated project coordination.
