We at Hasbro Benelux are recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Rep (Dutch and English or French speaking). In this role, you will be based in our Amsterdam office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in our team delivering HET/HIT Benelux customers their requirements, orders, quotes, content, and reports throughout the year, including busy peak periods. As a valued team member, you will also support your team during planned and unplanned periods.

This is a 12-month rolling contract, with potential to extend based on business needs. You will need experience of supply chain order management, customer management mainly via email and a collaborative approach working with our sales team internally. This is not a call-centre type role, but is more administrative, with a requirement for excellent order processing, order to cash skills; via SAP, basic Power BI, MS Excel and MS Outlook systems.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensure the accuracy and timely management of orders in the Benelux region.
  • Resolve routine and non-routine enquiries, and deliver the highest service to our customers.
  • Communication with the customers via email and phone.
  • Complete Customer Service tasks such as pricing approvals, crafting internal POs, etc.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders (Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Marketing).
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver product information to the customers in line with their critical paths.
  • Have a clear understanding of our business objectives and account promotional activities, and support the delivery of local activation plans & Product Launches.
  • Adhere to all SOX processes to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Take responsibility for achieving excellent levels of customer service and customer happiness when dealing with our HET/HIT Benelux customers, both internal and external.

 

You will need to have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/order management.
  • Languages:  English & French, or Dutch.
  • Understanding of the “order to cash” process.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office - and the ability to learn new packages, including SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to use data, work with numbers, trend service metrics & use the insights to highlight opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, have attention to detail & able to prioritize and react constructively under pressure.
  • You are eligible to work in the Netherlands, and you are either already based in the Netherlands. (Please note that Hasbro is not willing to sponsor relocation for this position.)
