to brief on POS, planogramming and catalogue requirements and ensure their implementation</li> <li>Sales services &ndash; to work alongside on the delivery of approved key brand events during the year including feature wall and cross category events</li> <li>Key Customers</li> </ul> </li> <li>Keep the wider business informed of brand activities and how they would be expected to affect HET/HIT| forecasts</li> <li>Recommend and develop local marketing plan for brands for HET/HIT approval: media, consumer and retail promotions, events, in-store, PR</li> <li>Support the Hasbro SA approved branded play strategy for relevant brands, working closely with Consumer Products to maximise the opportunity</li> <li>Brief Retailer preview rooms, toy fairs and sample requirements</li> <li>Presentation of brand strategies and products at previews, PR and retailer events</li> <li>Create competitive operational marketing plans for recommendation to Het/HIT - by brand to include: range plans (domestic and FOB); distribution strategy; advertising and promotional strategy; brand commercials encapsulated in the TLP (profit and loss) to meet HET/HITs budget target</li> <li>Support the development and implementation of communication plans, including ensuring approved global adverts are ready to air in local market and manage play out and transmission, approved media plans, leveraging 3rd parties including licensors, HPG, promotional and PR activity in line with HET/HIT strategy</li> <li>Localise approved global web sites and develop approved additional local web requirements in line with Corporate polices</li> </ul> <p><u>Budget and Inventory Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Manage approved brand budgets and approved marketing A&amp;P spend with strong commercial acumen</li> <li>Work closely with Retail &amp;
