We’re looking for a proactive, creatively minded operations lead to manage the approval process and asset systems for our licensed promotions and location-based entertainment (LBE) programs.
This role connects the dots between creative development, brand management, and operational delivery — ensuring that every partner activation, installation, and experience meets our visual standards, storytelling intent, and guest expectations.
You’ll be the core driver of creative flow — managing submissions, tracking assets, and guiding partners through the approval pipeline from concept to launch.
This position is a hybrid role and will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s office in Burbank, CA
A Day In The Life as an Associate Manager, Projects & Approvals, LBE:
Creative Operations & Approvals

Manage the global creative approval workflow for all licensed promotions, partnerships, events, and LBE activations.

Serve as the central point of contact for partners and internal teams throughout the creative review process.

Coordinate feedback loops with brand, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent visual identity and tone across assets.

Maintain the My Media Box licensing approval system for submission status, feedback, and final approvals.

Oversees retail product development for bespoke product from concept to final production including review of gray models, molds, packaging, etc.

Drive efficiency in how creative materials move through the pipeline — identifying bottlenecks, improving turnaround times, and enforcing version control.

Ensure accurate tagging, cataloging, and accessibility of promotional and LBE assets for internal and external users.

Provide training and guidance to partners and teams on how to navigate the approval and asset systems effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Review licensee product submissions including attraction designs, marketing collateral, press releases, TV commercials, and websites to provide feedback and recommendations

Collaborate with creative director and project manager to provide succinct creative direction

Partner with project management and production leads to align creative timelines with venue openings or promotional partner launches

Act as the creative operations bridge between marketing, design, and external licensees — ensuring clarity, consistency, and speed

Support the distribution of toolkits, guidelines, and asset libraries that help partners self-serve and stay on brand
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree
-
5 years marketing and creative experience
-
Ability to influence peers and manage both up and down to drive goals

Ability to speak Spanish fluently, Portuguese is a plus
-
Ability to multi-task and manage 15-20 projects simultaneously
-
Team player able to execute tactically, as well as having strong communication skills to inspire others

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of Office applications and presentation software

Knowledge of product development cycle from concept to production a plus

Experience executing marketing partnerships is a plus

Experience at a studio, IP holder, or similar agency is a plus

Experience working with My Media Box or other approval systems is a plus

Travel 3– 5% annually

The base salary range for this position is $76,400.00 to $114,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
