In this role you will lead Hasbro's exciting Brands to unleash the power of story-telling and play in consumer's homes everywhere. You will lead overall topline and bottom-line growth, and market share growth for Hasbro and Walmart. You will also work closely with the Walmart buying team and internal stake holders to develop and execute strategic plans and collaborative long-term relationships.

A Day in the Life as a Sales Manager, Walmart
- In conjunction with Analytics and Insights and Marketing, lead the business planning process, ensuring that quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved.
- Develop a collaborative and strategic relationship with Walmart, focused on driving consumer satisfaction and category and market share growth. As well as proactively identify, manage, and communicate customer's current and future market needs.
- Responsible for accurate forecasting, managing product flow, business planning, trend analysis, and cost of business budget management.
- Continuously review sales and trade marketing performance to ensure achievement of performance objectives, and drive profitability.
- Lead, plan, and conduct business review meetings with customer to ensure customer is kept apprised on product line, features, and brand strategy.
- Collaboratively develop sales promotions and exclusive product offerings working with cross functional teams (Customer Strategy and Marketing, Customer Business Management, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, etc.).
- Keep current on the retail and competitive landscape to identify white space opportunities and generate strategic plans to ensure market share objectives are achieved.
What You'll Bring:
- BS/BA or University degree in Business or similar field, MBA a plus.
- 3 years experience in Sales or ecomm with Walmart.

Experience with omni-channel digital sales or walmart.com is preferred.
- Strong relationship building skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities and achieve results while meeting deadlines.
- Analytical / Excel / PC skills.
- An innate curiosity.
- 10-20% travel required, including to Hasbro's HQ in RI.
Compensation Range, Currency USD:
- Starting Pay Range: $96,900
- Pay Range End: $145,400
