We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data driven Brand Manager to lead the growth and development of a diverse brand portfolio across multiple markets. This role plays a critical part in shaping how our brands connect with consumers, bringing purpose, play, and storytelling to life while delivering strong commercial results.

The Brand Manager will own brand strategy and execution end to end, partnering closely with regional and global teams to deliver impactful 360° marketing campaigns, optimize investments, and build meaningful consumer experiences across all touchpoints.

A Day in the Life as a Brand Manager

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and lead annual brand plans and long‑term strategic roadmaps with regional and global partners
  • Define and strengthen brand positioning, value propositions, and key messages across all touchpoints
  • Monitor consumer insights, cultural trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across advertising, digital, experiential, PR, trade, and promotional channels
  • Translate brand purpose and storytelling into compelling consumer activations that build equity and demand
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to ensure creative excellence and flawless execution

Retail, Sales & Cross‑Functional Integration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and eCommerce to align brand strategy with channel needs
  • Support key commercial moments with strong brand narratives, insights, and promotional plans
  • Serve as a key connector across Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, and regional teams

Budget & Performance Management

  • Own and manage marketing budgets across brands and markets, ensuring disciplined investment and strong ROI
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance across KPIs including sell‑in, sell‑out, market share, and profitability
  • Use data and analytics to guide decisions and prioritize initiatives

Regional & Global Collaboration

  • Manage multiple brands and markets within a matrix organization
  • Contribute to regional and global initiatives, influencing brand strategy beyond local execution
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, values, and compliance standards

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Product Management
  • Proven ability to lead integrated 360° marketing campaigns and brand or product launches
  • Strong analytical and financial skills (forecasting, business planning, budget management)
  • Advanced Excel capability for analysis, forecasting, and tracking
  • Experience managing multiple brands and markets simultaneously
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to convert insights into action
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills in global and regional environments
  • Proactive, high‑drive profile with strong ownership and accountability
  • Fluent English required
