We’re looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join the global Beyblade X team. In this role, you will work at the center of product development. You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Takara Tomy partners to turn ideas into products that reach shelves worldwide.
This is a high-visibility role with real ownership. We won’t just observe launches, we’ll drive them.

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
A Day in the life as an Associate Brand Manager:
You'll play a key role in bringing new Beyblade X products to life: This includes:
- Driving select launches from concept approval through market release, working across global teams to move projects forward.
- Using consumer and retail insights to influence product features, pricing, and positioning.
- Partnering to author global go-to-market strategy, including messaging direction and creative briefs.
- Working alongside Commercial teams to align launches with retailer needs and in-store execution.
- Supervising product performance and recommending next moves to keep momentum strong.
- Communicating recommendations and updates to brand leadership.

What You'll Bring:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years experience through brand work, internships, campus leadership, analytics
- Curiosity about consumer behavior and competitive trends.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Confidence working with multiple partners.
- Proficient in analyzing data and translating it into clear recommendations.
- Initiative, you look for ways to move work forward.

The hourly rate for this position is $76,700.00 to $115,100.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
