We are looking for a Director, Global Benefits to join our team! The Director, Global Benefits is a forward‑thinking leader who is responsible for shaping and delivering a global benefits strategy that is innovative, digitally enabled, and deeply aligned with Hasbro’s values and business priorities. This role drives the evolution of employee benefits through modern technology, advanced analytics, and human‑centered design. They will ensure programs are competitive, compliant, cost‑effective, and differentiated by an outstanding employee experience.
As a strategic partner to HR and business leadership, the Director leads the design and governance of global benefits programs, champions digital transformation initiatives, and fosters seamless, tech‑enabled processes across the organization. They are a key member of the Global Total Rewards Team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and employee well‑being.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
A day in the life of a Director, Global Benefits:
- Reimagine and implement global benefits strategies using data insights, automation, and advanced analytics to balance local needs, compliance requirements, and a globally consistent employee experience.
- Lead digital transformation across benefits, adopting modern HR technologies, AI‑enhanced tools, and self‑service platforms to improve accessibility, accuracy, and engagement.
- Partner cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and People Operations to streamline processes, harmonize global policies, and build scalable, tech-enabled governance and reporting frameworks.
- Design inclusive, globally relevant benefit programs spanning health, retirement, well‑being, and ancillary offerings—leveraging data and employee insights to personalize and modernize plan design.
- Champion compliance and risk management through proactive monitoring of global regulatory changes and data privacy requirements, advising leadership on emerging trends and innovative approaches to risk mitigation.
- Drive vendor innovation by cultivating strong, tech‑forward partnerships; leading negotiations; and piloting advanced solutions that improve program value and elevate the employee experience.
- Optimize budgets and forecasting through predictive analytics, scenario planning, and dynamic reporting dashboards to identify savings opportunities and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Elevate employee engagement using tech‑enabled communication, transparent benefits education, and feedback tools to continuously refine offerings and ensure they resonate with diverse global teams.
- Advise senior leaders on benefit trends, market benchmarks, and strategic opportunities that shape the future of global benefits and support Hasbro’s culture of well‑being and inclusion.
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years of global benefits leadership experience in multinational environments, with demonstrated success driving transformation within HR or Total Rewards.
- Deep expertise in U.S. and international benefits law, governance, and technology‑enabled benefits administration.
- Strong track record in vendor management, negotiation, and delivering innovative, cost‑efficient programs.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification (CEBS, GBA, CBP, etc.) preferred.

- Strategic leadership & modern problem‑solving: Skilled at navigating ambiguity with creativity, data literacy, and a technology‑first mentality.
- Digital fluency: Able to use HRIS, analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI‑enhanced capabilities to elevate benefits delivery.
- Inclusive communication & relationship building: Outstanding influencer with a track record of fostering trust and collaboration across global teams.
- Project & people leadership: Ability to lead high‑performing teams and deliver complex, cross‑functional, tech‑enabled initiatives.

The base salary range for this position is $166,200.00 to $249,200.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
