We’re hiring a Director of Product Management, Revenue Growth & Commercial Platforms to lead product strategy for our global commercial planning domain. You’ll own the vision and strategy guiding the platforms that support merchandise planning, product mix decisions, pricing, promotion, demand, and supply — shaping how Hasbro commits to revenue and margin.

Partnering across the business and technology teams, you’ll translate complex needs into scalable solutions, align investment to outcomes, and drive measurable financial impact. Success means reducing forecast fragmentation, strengthening pricing and promotion capabilities, improving revenue realization, and building a more integrated, data-driven planning environment.

What You’ll Lead:

Commercial Platform Strategy

  • Define and own the product vision and strategy for global commercial planning
  • Unify line planning, assortment, pricing, and promotion into an integrated, enterprise platform
  • Embed financial and supply guardrails directly into workflows — replacing fragmented spreadsheets with scalable, future-ready systems

Revenue & Margin Performance

  • Champion revenue expansion principles across brands and markets
  • Enable dynamic scenario modeling for pricing, mix, and promotions
  • Strengthen revenue realization and deliver measurable margin improvement

End-to-End Integration

  • Connect Creative and Product Development to commercial readiness in a more structured, transparent way
  • Align revenue commitments with demand and supply plans to reduce disconnects
  • Embed financial targets earlier in the planning lifecycle to improve accountability

Data & Decision Intelligence

  • Establish clear commercial data standards and integration requirements across systems
  • Deliver trusted, real-time decision support that improves planning confidence
  • Increase transparency into forecast accuracy and the drivers of performance

Adoption & Scale

  • Standardize planning workflows across U.S. and international regions
  • Clarify decision rights and planning cadence to reduce friction
  • Drive adoption through clear outcomes and measurable business impact

What You Bring

  • Experience in commercial planning, revenue growth management, or enterprise planning platforms
  • Solid understanding of pricing, promotion, and assortment strategy
  • Experience with tools such as o9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or similar
  • Ability to work across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology
  • A product mentality — you build capabilities that last
