Brand Development & Creative Execution
- Develop and execute high-quality visual assets that bring brand strategy to life across packaging, retail, eCommerce, marketing, events, and internal presentations.
- Contribute to the creation of brand foundations, visual languages, and design systems that enable consistent execution at scale.
- Design and help evolve Brand Asset Toolkits (BATs), style guides, templates, and modular assets that support global and cross-functional teams.

Systems Thinking & Scale
- Think beyond single executions—consider how assets will be used, adapted, localized, and extended across channels and regions.
- Ensure design work aligns with established brand standards while allowing room for thoughtful evolution and innovation.
- Help maintain brand integrity by applying guidelines consistently and flagging gaps or opportunities within existing systems.
Collaboration & Process
- Partner closely with Associate Creative Directors, Senior Designers, and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Franchise, Packaging, Merchandising, eCommerce, Photo Studio, LCP, and Production.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure assets are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

- Contribute ideas during early concepting and brand development phases, helping shape creative direction within established guardrails.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies (including AI-assisted workflows) that can enhance creative efficiency and output.
What You'll Bring:

- Experience designing for multiple channels, including print and digital.
- Exposure to packaging, retail, or eCommerce design is a plus.
- Interest in brand strategy, creative systems, and scalable design frameworks is strongly encouraged—even if still developing.

- Solid design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and composition.
- Experience working within brand guidelines and contributing to their evolution.
- Comfort collaborating across disciplines and navigating feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- A balance of craft excellence and practical problem-solving.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and take increasing ownership over time.
