  • Provide hands-on technical leadership through code contributions, architectural decisions, and the adoption of engineering standard methodologies such as CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and documentation.
  • Partner closely with product managers, data scientists, analysts, and business partners to deliver high-quality, consumable data products.
  • Serve as a technical leader in agile delivery, supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and cross-team coordination.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks and DBT  as well as cloud data platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
  • Deep proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and Python (or similar language).
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end data products, from build through production deployment and support.
  • Working knowledge of data governance fundamentals, including data quality, metadata, and lineage.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction across diverse partners.
