We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and strategic communicator to join Hasbro’s Supply Chain Finance Team as an Inventory Finance Manager.
At Hasbro, we believe in turning creativity into purpose and operational excellence into impact. In this role, you will serve as the financial steward of Hasbro’s global inventory, partnering with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Global Finance to ensure the investments we make in inventory are well understood, clearly articulated to the business, and aligned with strategic objectives. You’ll oversee the financial planning, forecasting, reporting of inventory, and drive insight into working capital performance. You’ll play a key part in managing the financial performance of one of the company’s largest balance sheet assets!

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
A day in the life as a Financial Manager:
- Lead inventory forecasting and financial planning, partnering with Commercial Finance, Operations and Demand Planning to translate key inputs into accurate financial projections.
- Own the financial analysis of inventory health — monitor aging, slow-moving, and excess stock to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Present clear, data-driven insight to leadership translating operational metrics into financial results that drive decision-making.
- Partner with Supply Planning on excess action plans and mitigation strategies.
- Support monthly and quarterly close activities, ensuring accurate inventory balances, reserves, and write-offs.
- Provide monthly reporting and analysis on inventory performance, including movements, reserves, and financial indicators, to Finance and Operations leadership.
- Participate in special projects, optimization initiatives, system and process enhancements, internal controls, and ad hoc analyses.
What you will bring:
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, Supply Chain, or Inventory Accounting.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance/Accounting or related business degree.
- Strong understanding of inventory valuation, operations and E&O accounting.
- Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment spanning multiple time zones.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to concisely and effectively articulate finance concepts and results to non-finance partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing at all levels.
- Experience with large-scale financial systems and data management applications including Power BI (Power Query and DAX Formulas), and SAP/ERP. Proficiency in Excel required.

The base salary range for this position is $114,600.00 to $185,500.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
