Do you want to join an upbeat team? Hasbro’s Corporate Royalty Accounting group is looking for a Royalties Analyst. This role will report to the Royalties Supervisor and will play a supporting role in all accounting and analyses related to Hasbro’s out-licensing royalty functions. They will have direct involvement with both external licensees and licensors. Interacts with various levels of personnel within finance, legal, and information system departments, worldwide. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI.
A day in the life of a Royalties Analyst:
As a Royalties Analyst at Hasbro, you will be at the heart of our finance operations, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Processing royalty reports received from licensees in the our system. This includes booking related revenue and raising invoices.
- Assisting licensees with royalty submissions and invoice queries.
- Completing month-end close procedures, including the coordination of global royalty journal entries and submitting account reconciliations.
- Partnering with internal and external auditors to assist in their completion of audits.
- Working with highly confidential, contractual information relating to royalty licenses.
- In this ambitious role your contributions will help us achieve flawless execution in our royalty accounting processes!
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- A solid understanding and usage of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP, Blackline, and IPM is helpful.
- Team oriented and ready to jump right in!

The base salary range for this position is $64,900.00 to $97,300.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
