This role will help shape the future of how Hasbro brings its beloved brands to fans everywhere by delivering dependable, scalable, and integrated technology solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with business and technical partners to unify creative, PLM/DAM, line planning, sales planning, promotions, and retail execution into one connected platform. You’ll also guide and grow the engineering teams that build companion applications linking Hasbro’s iconic products to immersive digital experiences. As a hands-on technical leader, you’ll define the architectural vision, champion engineering excellence, and help build a culture where collaboration, inclusion, and innovation thrive.

What You'll Do:

  • Shape the future GTM platform: Define the long-term architecture, roadmap, and engineering standards for Hasbro’s go-to-market systems. Provide thoughtful technical leadership in selecting, implementing, and integrating core platforms (sales planning, TPM/TPO, shopper marketing, portfolio tools).
  • Guide companion applications: Lead teams that design and scale digital companion apps enhancing fan engagement and brand connection. Ensure these apps integrate seamlessly with Hasbro’s ecosystem.
  • Champion engineering excellence: Establish SLOs/SLAs, continuous integration and deployment, infrastructure as code, containerization, automated testing, observability, and security from the start. Foster a culture that values quality, learning, and reliability.
  • Deliver with purpose and agility: Empower engineering squads and vendor partners to deliver incrementally with measurable outcomes. Simplify work, automate processes, and remove barriers to innovation.
  • Unify data and integration: Design integration blueprints and data contracts that connect PLM, DAM, sales planning, and TPM/TPO into one transparent platform with full SKU traceability from concept to shelf.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Modernize legacy tools, reduce technical debt, and use AI and ML to automate routine work and generate predictive insights.
  • Lead and develop people: Mentor engineers, architects, and QA leads. Build diverse teams that feel empowered to contribute, grow, and innovate.
  • Partner with empathy: Collaborate with Commercial, Brand, Finance, and Supply teams to ensure engineering outputs align to business priorities. Communicate technical progress in clear, outcome-based language.

In your first 12 months, you will:

  • Achieve 99.9% uptime and p95 latency within target across core GTM services.
  • Deliver at least two digital companion applications that link physical products with digital experiences.
  • Retire three major manual workarounds through automated, integrated services.
  • Deliver the first end-to-end integration connecting PLM, Line Planning, and TPM/TPO with full audit capability.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of engineering leadership, including 5+ in enterprise platforms for global CPG, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in integration patterns (APIs, events, iPaaS like MuleSoft or Boomi), inventing for specific areas, and data modeling for product and commercial domains.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform), observability, automated QA, and cloud-native development.
  • Experience building or integrating companion applications and consumer-facing digital platforms linked to physical products.
  • Familiarity with o9, Blue Yonder, Adobe, Salesforce, SAP/IBP, Anaplan, PLM/DAM, or similar platforms.
  • Shown success in developing teams and fostering inclusion, belonging, and psychological safety.
  • Good communication and storytelling skills that connect technology decisions to business value and encourage confidence across teams.
