Hasbro has an immediate opening for a hard-working, focused, innovative Senior Brand Manager to drive Product Development and Marketing for our new licensed K-Pop Demon Hunters brand. In this high-profile role, you will partner closely with Netflix to drive the strategic product vision for K-Pop Demon Hunters. We are looking for a collaborate individual with a bold spirit to fill this Senior Brand Manager role. Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills to build meaningful relationships!
Partnering with resources both inside and outside the organization, you will build a cohesive and actionable category and channel plan. You will collaborate with a group of designers, engineers, branding creatives, project managers, and finance leaders. Together, you will build and lead all aspects of branded product line initiatives to drive sales. Additionally, you will serve the US market by driving commercial strategy and go-to-market efforts. You will also work closely with global regional teams to share marketing objectives, improve strategies and toolkit materials, and increase sales.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI
A Day In The Life as a Sr. Brand Manager:
- Develop yearly product strategy based on key brand initiatives, consumer insights, and entertainment strategy.
- Lead and collaborate with key partners including Brand Publicity, Integrated Media and Consumer Marketing Teams to execute cohesive, impactful marketing programs across multiple consumer touch points to drive sales
- Work with Design and Development to build an innovative toy line that is inspired by the Toy Strategy and improves channel growth opportunities and global retailer priorities
- Maintain current knowledge of consumer, product and marketing trends and competitive landscape.
- Analyze and interpret category data while collaborating with research team to inform the strategy
- Work with leadership team, ensuring the brand has a relevant long term consumer position and achieves maximum volume profit/growth.
- Own the development, analysis and communication of item-level forecasts, and partner with operations and logistics teams to manage inventory build.
- Analyze and track POS performance and utilize data to drive decision making.
- Partner with US Sales Organization to drive business at retail, including leading sales meeting presentations to customers and developing retailer-specific programs and activations.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of progressive brand/strategy, product development experience in forward thinking consumer organization.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field. MBA strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to transform a strategy and vision into actionable plans in a rapidly-changing fast-paced organization.
- A detailed understanding of the steps vital to bring products to market.
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally.
- Curiosity and a keen interest and ability to learn and evolve
- Strong relationship building and maintenance skills.
- Outstanding verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track.
- Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.

The hourly rate for this position is $134,800.00 to $202,200.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
