2026 Summer Marketing Analytics Interns:
Hasbro is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to lead data analysis, develop strategic insights, and ensure that data-driven decisions inform every aspect of our marketing. In this role, you will be digging into the inner workings of campaigns to better understand how they are impacting Hasbro’s business, making it ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at transforming data into actionable strategies, delivering measurable impact from campaign analysis, and supporting a diverse team of stakeholders.

What You Will do as a 2026 Summer Marketing Analytics Intern:

Support the development of campaign and competitive performance reports

Track marketing campaign results and help identify trends and optimization opportunities

Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to uncover actionable insights
-
Contribute to testing initiatives by preparing data and summarizing findings
-
Help translate analytical insights into clear, impactful summaries for marketing and cross-functional teams
-
Collaborate with media, creative, and analytics partners to understand how data informs strategy

Support agency and partner reporting processes

Assist in documenting workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvement

Present key insights and learnings in team meetings

Gain hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools, technologies, and performance measurement frameworks
What You Will Bring (Required qaulifications/skills/competencies):

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field

Strong interest in marketing analytics, data storytelling, and performance measurement

Foundational knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL)

Experience working with data through coursework, academic projects, or internships
-
Basic proficiency in data analysis tools or languages such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python
-
Ability to translate data findings into clear, actionable insights

Strong communication and presentation skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and technologies
Nice to Have:

Experience with A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and digital campaign measurement.

Proven success in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment.

Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office

The hourly rate for this position is $34.00 to $40.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
