The Associate Manager of Client Services, Global Experiences, will be responsible for supporting the Global Experiences team, partners, and clients to drive sales and awareness of global experiences, working closely with the Sr. Manager, ensuring alignment across all major Hasbro brands.
This is a hybrid position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s location in Burbank, CA
A Day In The Life as a Associate Manager, Location Based Entertainment:
- Support strategy projects that includes: KPI Tracking, data collation and management, collation of guest satisfaction & consumer behavioral insights, trend reporting and analytics.
- Assisting in the development of resources to support consistent and streamlined insights and highlights across our Global Experiences projects to support the larger team’s business development and project management efforts.
- Updating and Maintaining Resources portal in SharePoint to ensure the most up-to-date content and resources are available and easily accessible for the team.
- Assisting the Global Experiences team in developing consumer strategies for projects inclusive of competitive landscape, consumer research, consumer evolution and brand strategies.
- Ensure licensed partners adhere to LBE Marketing Guidelines and managing day-to-day approvals process of marketing materials with key licensees.
- Liaise with internal teams (PR, social, global brand, regional marketing teams, etc.) to leverage Hasbro owned assets and platforms to ensure the proper marketing and promotional support is in place for LBE activities.
- Draft and sharing pertinent updates and highlights with the greater Hasbro organization, including compiling LBE quarterly updates for internal communications (LCP, executive summaries, etc.).
- Assist with development of case studies and suppository of best-in-class assets to live on SharePoint.
- Create compelling and illustrative presentation materials to communicate key learnings and findings for the regional and global LBE and Partnerships leadership team.
- Work with licensees, branding and marketing agencies on the development and creation of key LBE Project names, logos, and style guides.
- Processing trademark applications, domain purchase and transfer agreements for global LBE projects.
- Create and maintain a Trademark Tracker & process document in Sharepoint, taking point on the enforcement of LBE trademarks with Hasbro TM and Copyright Enforcement team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cross-promotional campaigns.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years relevant experience either in Entertainment, Location Based Entertainment, Promotions and/or marketing
- Proven critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage many projects simultaneously at a high level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and how to leverage for optimal communications and efficiency (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Leadership skills that demonstrate ability to manage external partners and vendors
- Passion for marketing is a must and social media savvy is a plus

The base salary range for this position is to . The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
