Hasbro’s Location Based Entertainment (LBE) team is looking to add an Associate Producer to their team!


Our Associate Producer will support the successful end-to-end development and implementation of regional projects for LBE. You will deliver as a day-to-day point of contact for licensees developing large and small scale entertainment experiences including family entertainment centers, retail, dining and entertainment as well as travel/hospitality experiences based on beloved Hasbro brands.


In this position, we strive to find an inclusive storyteller that will support managing project timelines, creative and concept reviews as well as the coordination of activities across multi-functional teams. We need you to ensure the delivery of world class brand experiences!


A day in the life as a Associate Producer:

Experience Production - 85%

  • Lead the development of temporary and live event experiences that involve a variety of customers including, but not limited to, internal and external leadership, operators, design agencies, brand managers, marketing and promotional agencies
  • Prioritize multiple event projects at one time, balancing multiple demand and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead all aspects of ongoing location-based entertainment live event projects including planning, scheduling and design
  • Support the development process including figuring out project key dates, tracking project updates, reporting and enforcement of contractual provisions
  • Establish project plans in collaboration with licensee to understand tasks, deliverables, planned resources and schedules
  • Work alongside the creative team and the licensee to inform the creative direction of the concept and ensure integrity of creative vision through production and that the experience exceeds measurable objectives for the targeted audience
  • Work directly with licensee and internal collaborators to develop creative experiences that are innovative, brand forward and align with the business model of the designated project
  • Identify, anticipate, and flag risks or issues at the project level that will impact opening dates or revenue forecasts
  • Conduct site visits, production inspections and grand opening supervision to ensure brand consistency, best in class production, fabrication and installation and real time decision making and licensee support
  • Act as the liaison with multi-disciplinary teams and global partners, communicating project information, and securing cross functional support
  • Provide brand information and assets to licensees, and continue to keep them up to date on all the latest brand related information throughout the project development process


Internal Communication - 15%

  • Connect with internal partners to create brand and marketing alignment for branded experiences
  • Stay current with Hasbro brand details and location-based industry trends to find opportunities for innovative experience and continued growth for global experiences
  • Build and disseminate case studies on LBE experiences to be used as global sales toolsin
  • Manage internal process and systems that operate with legal and financial team members
  • Contribute to the LBE team SharePoint to ensure all vital documents are on the central portal


What you’ll bring:

  • College Degree with 2-4 years’ experience in Production/Project Management
  • Ability to influence peers and communicate thoroughly both up and down to drive goals
  • Experience multitasking and managing various projects simultaneously
  • Ability to think strategically and implement tactically, as well as having the strong presentation skills to inspire others.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and presentation software required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You should demonstrate tenacity, be ambitious and capable of developing/communicating thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely
