We are seeking to add a Director, Digital Gaming Relationships to play an exciting and integral role in our Gambling and Arcade Licensing business managing relationships with our licensees.  Do you support teams in their negotiations with external partners globally? A Day in the Life as Director, Digital Gaming Relationships

Reporting to the VP, Global Licensing and Business Development you will be responsible for a broad range of relationships including: 33% partnership management with Hasbro’s primary gaming licensee (4 divisions); 33% management with other gambling/arcade licensees (10); and 33% business development work in gambling. Your ability to think strategically and build relationships will be key to success. In this role you will have the opportunity to grow this integral and results orientated area of our business!

You will:

  • Provide day to day management of partner relationships including approving deal proposals and marketing collateral; organize QBRs; consolidate business reporting and controlling versus royalty reports; lead contractual renegotiations/amendments as needed; partner with existing licensees to explore and provide recommendations on new business opportunities.
  • Seek out and recommend new licensees & business opportunities in the gambling and arcade sectors: new categories (e.g. live dealer, bingo, sports betting), and brands.
  • Work with digital production team and licensees to validate licensee product roadmaps to ensure accurate brand exploitation and quality. Conduct regular product reviews, ideally on site.
  • Provide visibility to management via regular reports that display key licensee metrics. Offer creative and innovative recommendations to drive success.
  • Stay ahead of changes in gaming regulation and general market intelligence; secure marketing intelligence from suppliers as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong communication and long-term relationship leadership skills, especially in the context of a multi-divisional external partners.
  • Ability to identify and line up long term value opportunities with potential new licensing partners by building positive relationships.
  • Highly numerate with the ability to analyse sophisticated business and royalty reporting to extract key insights.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • MBA highly preferred with at least 5 years of validated experience in gaming sector ideally with a strong familiarity in igaming.
  • Strong experience in contract negotiating and administration, ideally we are looking for candidates with some familiarity with brand licensing.
  • Ability to work autonomously (also remotely) and deliver results in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – experience working with senior business partners.
