This person supports a wide variety of Sales and Marketing initiatives.<br/><br/><b>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</b>:<br/><br/>&bull; 75% Responsible for the development of a variety of products that include conceptual models, engineering breadboards, mechanisms, check models, tooling quality patterns and highly detailed functioning show samples, utilizing hand tools, conventional machinery, CAD/CAM and CNC equipment.<br/>&bull; 15% Responsible for the aesthetic finishing of molded, fabricated, or RP created parts, clean up and assembly of urethane castings and preparing parts for decoration.<br/>&bull; 5% Communicate with engineers, designers and marketing personnel to give value added feedback that would enhance product development.<br/>&bull; 5% Gives support to Sales/Marketing groups for play-tests, commercial shoots, presentations and trade shows. Support will include but not limited to, traveling to maintain samples on location, working on displays, and sample pack-out and coordination.<br/>&bull; Performs other duties as responsibilities necessitate or as assigned<br/><br/><b>Qualifications:</b><br/><br/>&bull; Demonstrates competent technical skills and knowledge in delivering a variety of prototype models and patterns at a consistent level of quality and speed.<br/>&bull; Capable of visualizing a 3-dimensional part from mechanical drawings, hand sketches or CAD files.<br/>&bull; Strong skills are required in basic math and trigonometry, use of various hand, machine and CNC tools, ability to work independently, attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.<br/>&bull; Knowledge and use of Prototrak, 2D CAD/CAM systems like SurfCam or MasterCam are required.<br/>&bull; A working knowledge of 3D CAD software such as Solidworks<br/>&bull; 3+ years experience<br/>&bull; Associate degree in Industrial Design, Model Making, Sculpting, Fine Arts, or apprentice ships in a related field preferred.<br/><br/>ABOUT HASBRO<br/><br/>Hasbro (NASDAQ: HAS) is a global play and entertainment company committed to Creating the World's Best Play Experiences.
