You will act as a liaison between various regional leadership teams and marketing.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Develop revenue budget and cost allocations in partnership with the Vice President to meet targets, in coordination with global counterparts.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Partner with Global Legal, Finance, Quality and Risk on licensing deals to ensure terms are aligned with corporate principles and practices.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Evaluate regional market activities, assess implications, identify and deliver against brand and category priorities.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Craft and execute short and long-term strategic plans for themed location based entertainment licensing across all sub-categories<br /> &bull;&nbsp;You will lead research and analysis on industry trends and source high-value, top-tier opportunities across all categories.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Utilize creativity and knowledge to lead presentations to potential industry partners for themed entertainment projects.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Work directly with design groups, consultants, legal professionals, operators and other industry leaders to remain up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging categories/markets to foster the success of Hasbro brands in location based entertainment.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Team with Global Project Management to hone in on attraction development during all phases (concept to construction).<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Lead dedicated compliance on agreements while ensuring all licensees are held to the highest health and safety standards.</p> <p><br /> <strong>What you&#39;ll bring</strong><br /> &bull;&nbsp;Bachelors degree coupled with minimum 7 years&#39; experience in account management, business or branded consumer product development. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Location Based Entertainment to lead our Latin American business.

A day in the life as a Senior Manager for Location Based Entertainment:

What you'll bring
