This includes daily task as&nbsp;Order Management, customer liason, flow plans and reserves, cooperation with Shared Service Center</li> <li>To provide a high level of Admin Support to the Sales Team and Customers, both external and internal.</li> <li>To take personal responsibility for achieving excellent levels of customer service and customer satisfaction, following company policies and procedures in line with requirements and accuracy within all transactions.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The succesful candidate criteria</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Good level of numeracy and literacy.</li> <li>Verbal and written fluency in&nbsp;English and&nbsp;Danish. Hasbro Nordics is recruiting for a Customer Account Representative to be based in our new office in Søborg.

 

In this role your responsibilities include

 

  • Provide excellent customer service to the customers across the Nordic region as a part of the Nordic Customer Service Team
