Deine Hauptaufgabengebiete:

• Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung der Manager und Mitarbeitern in allen relevanten Personalthemen
• Selbstverantwortliche Steuerung des Employee-Life-Cycle von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt
• Beratung in arbeitsrechtlichen Belangen
• Mitarbeiterentwicklung/-Förderung
• Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretung des Personalleiters
• Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit Serviceeinheiten wie myHR Services zur Sicherstellung einer erstklassigen Mitarbeitererfahrung

Dein Profil:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich des HR Business Partnering
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts
• Als Teamplayer hast du Spaß an einer Tätigkeit in einem hochdynamischen Umfeld
• Du besitzt eine Hands-On-Mentality
• Du bringst gute Englisch- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis mit
