We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager, Digital Product Marketing to lead EMEA marketing efforts for digital games. This self-starter should have a passion for and experience in video game marketing which include product, brand, community, and awareness marketing initiatives. You will have extensive experience in the product marketing of high-profile games on multiple platforms, including PC and console, and with diverse business models, with strong understanding of digital product development, production, and customer engagement systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Vision Setter - Be the Marketing Business Owner and Internal Champion for your games.
  • Creative - Work with internal teams and external agencies to build larger-than-life authentic marketing campaigns.
  • Regional View - Recognize that Gamers exists everywhere and work across the regional teams to ensure success in key markets
  • Planning - Develop and Implement Marketing Campaigns with responsibility for handling a multi-million-dollar budget.
  • Strategic Leader - Plan, Develop, and Implement your Marketing Strategy (Positioning, Audience Segmentation, Market Strategy, etc.)and marketing goal-setting for your title.
  • Good Partner -  Build positive relationships across the organization through a collaborative mentality.
  • Stay informed on and draw conclusions from both the industry and key performance indicators such as engagement, retention, monetization, awareness, and market share.
     

What You’ll Bring:

  • A real passion for both games and the business of games.
  • A Self-Starter who is passionate about making waves in the games industry.
  • Validated experience in product marketing including go-to-market plans and marketing playbooks, with digital games' experience preferred.
     

Location: Position can sit in Germany or Netherlands
