In this role you will rally multiple small to mid-size teams to coordinate, streamline and implement Agile methodologies and related tools. We are looking for an upbeat team contributor with collaboration skills who can evaluate processes, tools and data to identify barriers to efficiency and execution. You thrive on understanding business goals deeply, and are constantly looking for recommendations to improve wherever possible. As a hands-on contributor, we will look to you to generate artifacts and share knowledge in order to help your peers develop a mature Agile practice within Hasbro IT.


A day in the life as an Agile Delivery Manager:

  • You collaborate with scrum teams and business partners to identify objectives, desired outcomes and ongoing progress.

  • You ensure the team is delivering proven value on every iteration, using defined metrics for success.

  • You motivate and guide teams within the Agile process and help them to understand why their work and processes are important.

  • You work with other Agile Delivery Managers to find opportunities to improve business processes, structure, and technology utilization.

  • You manage scope and schedules with an Agile-centric approach to prioritization and value delivery.

  • You assist with user story creation and backlog management as well as building and maintaining a product roadmap and use this as a base to facilitate a collaborative planning and estimating process.

  • You coordinate and facilitate of agile team ceremonies and project management processes, e.g. task planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demonstrations, risk and issue management.


What you’ll bring:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Information Systems or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of demonstrable experience in Agile; as a Scrum Master or similar role, with an eye for continuous improvement.

  • Self-motivated approach, able to promote and clearly articulate with a willingness to adapt where appropriate.

  • Exposure to Lean Analysis and experience with Design Thinking & Use Cases preferred.

  • Personable and adept at developing partnerships across the business and IT.

  • Experience delivering websites and digital commerce sites preferred.

  • Experience with Jira, Microsoft Office365 Suite and other agile tools preferred.
