Do you have a high attention to detail, great customer service skills and enjoy working with numbers?  We are looking for a Sales Order & Policy Analyst to join our Team in the Shared Service Center.  This person will provide a high level of service to our Internal Hasbro Global Partners as it relates to order management, analysis of trade promotions & discounts for individual Customers Cost of Business and Sales Policy models.  This includes resolving order issues, releasing of orders, creating pricing, tracking, reporting, account reconciliations and analysis of allowances programs, discounts and accruals.

 

A day in the life as an Order & Policy Analyst

  • Review all EDI purchase orders for accuracy and efficiently enter manual orders into SAP. Obtain necessary approvals to effect changes to SAP Master Data. Change Master Data, as needed, to release sales orders on hold. Must adhere to and enforce corporate approval polices and SOX guidelines.
  • Works to ensure that the cost of doing business with Trade accounts are correctly identified, tracked and reported. Solely responsible for determining, creating and maintaining SAP Master Data Files with respect to customer prices, discounts and rebates.
  • Incumbent will create and update critical reporting tools.  Also responsible for the development of financial reports and BI Sales reports that are used as supporting documentation for customer volume as well as earned and issued promotional allowances.
  • Position takes a lead role in preparing for, and participating in, the quarterly Cost of Business review meetings held with Hasbro Sales and Finance Managers.
  • Completes reconciliation reports for review and presentation for Trade accounts and provides financial data and ongoing analytics to Hasbro Sales.  Works closely with Collections and Sales Claims department to reconcile customer deductions.
  • Support internal /external audit requests and assist with IT system testing as needed.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships, improve operations, serve as account liaison and enhance overall business relationships with our internal Hasbro Global offices.

 

 

What you'll bring:

  • Degree in General Business, Finance or Management preferred.
  • Proficient MS Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Vistex, BI and Business Objects concepts helpful.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Account Reconciliation, Pricing or Trade Promotions Management preferred.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute projects with minimal direction and work with all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to detail & accuracy a must.
  • Ability to prioritize, perform and coordinate tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to accommodate season and year-end business requirements.
