Customer Financial Services currently services Hasbro Toy/Game, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro Canada, Mexico, Latin America and Hasbro Far East.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>A day in the life of a Collections Analyst:</strong></p> <p>The Collections Analyst should be an achievement oriented individual able to work proactively to achieve goals.  This position is part of a Team managing several major accounts with a monthly receivables balance anywhere from $10M- $100M. </p> <ul> <li>Assure maximization of cash collections through diligent and timely monitoring of all open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts.</li> <li>Contributes to continual improvements to policies, procedures, and processes.</li> <li>Assist team in achieving monthly KPIs for collections. </li> <li>Provide accurate and timely reporting for monthly KPI and SOX testing.</li> <li>Ability to build positive and effective relationships with both internal and external customers.</li> <li>Travel requirements – up to 5%.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>What you'll bring:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2 years collections experience preferred.</li> <li>Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including experience with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts and Formulas).</li> <li>Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be a team player.</li> <li>Effective communication and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>SAP experience is plus.</li> <li>The ability to communicate in Spanish or Portuguese is also plus.</li> </ul>
