Hasbro is seeking an experienced Order Management Lead Quality Assurance Analyst with a background in direct-to-consumer processes, distributed order management, supply chain & fulfillment operations to help implement, lead & support this critical platform. The role will be the owner of the quality assurance experience implementing & supporting the platform on a project and daily basis. Additionally, this authority will recommend and implement testing automation tools, processes and scripts.

A successful analyst will blend deep technical and QA experience as well as develop and maintain relationships with business counterparts and supporting IT teams. This role will work closely with internal partners across multiple brands to develop, implement, support and monitor progress on project end to end testing, regression testing as well as facilitate and monitor & provide status updates for user acceptance testing.


A day in the life as a Lead Software QA Analyst:

Testing Requirements Design

  • Work directly with partners and project teams to capture functional, non-functional, & technical requirements
  • Craft the test strategy, test plan for the OMS solution and peripheral systems. Including unit testing, integration, regression, end-to-end testing and UAT.
  • Facilitate UAT and operational readiness testing, provide test scenarios and assist efforts during UAT.

Improving/Optimizing Testing

  • Write manual tests with a plan for future automation
  • Recommend/implement automation tools
  • Develop continuous, proactive systems testing & automation testing improvement

Systems & Team Support

  • Support business partners with day-to-day issue identification, resolution and questions demonstrating solution experience.
  • Identify & triage defects.


What you'll bring:

  • Experience with the Manhattan Active Omni, Manhattan Distributed Order Management, IBM Sterling Commerce, or a similar OMS is strongly preferred
  • Experience with payment processing, fraud, tax, warehouse management, fulfillment solutions and ERP integrations as well as a general understanding of the solutions
  • Technical Skills – REST API’s, Java, JSON, data mapping & SQL
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience, preferred
  • Experience supporting full Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycles (including understanding business processes, assembling user requirements, design, testing, deployment and training)
  • Hard-working, positive, team-oriented; must have the skills to communicate effectively and collaborate with all departments and teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate sophisticated technical concepts into business terms
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred but equivalent experience is also encouraged.
  • 5+ years of professional experience with Order Management Systems preferred
