You will leverage your expertise to contribute to and support HR system implementations, upgrades, testing and other technical efforts. As a Manager, Application Development you will enable and empower people to do their best work in an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation and fosters development and learning. This is a hands-on role that requires experience with the SuccessFactors platform and related cloud technologies while providing direction and oversight to the HR technology suite.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>A day in the life as a Manager, Application Development:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate and be a catalyst, breaking down complex problems into simple solutions and leading through change.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in the development of HR systems to drive business strategies across the organization and act as a subject matter expert on HR technology.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing application designs, application configuration, testing, and administration.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Release and environment management including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environment comparisons and version control.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Evaluate user issues and enhancement requests to determine their validity, level of effort, prioritization and if they should be completed in order to effectively support the roadmap of HR technology.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage relationship with HR technology vendors and be active in relevant HR Technology Communities, User Groups, conferences, etc.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Oversee the creation and maintenance of HR technology documentation including user guides, training manuals, and operating manuals.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Assure compliance with established IT policies and procedures.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What you'll bring:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">5+ years of experience in an HR software development environment.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Previous experience updating configurations in SuccessFactors.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Advanced knowledge of HCM configuration and design.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Prior experience in system implementations and upgrades.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong vendor management skills.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">SuccessFactors certifications.</span></span></li> </ul>
