Do you have an interest in developing your skills as an Auditor?  We have an opportunity for a Senior Auditor to join our Internal Audit team! Senior Auditors focus primarily on business process reviews, consulting engagements and IT Audits, within our Digital Gaming, Entertainment and Consumer Product segments. This position offers exposure to multiple areas of Hasbro and will provide insight into our business and opportunities to grow your career. A day in the life of a Sr. Auditor:

  • Plan the audit scope and preparing audit programs to accomplish audit objectives.
  • Understand risks and identify the key control points of the processes and system(s).
  • Perform fieldwork; acquire, analyze, evaluate data as a basis for forming an objective opinion as to the adequacy and effectiveness of controls and the efficiency of the activities being reviewed.
  • Make oral or written presentations to management during and at the audit's conclusion, discussing observations/deficiencies and recommending corrective action to improve operations and reduce cost.
  • Direct, supervise, instruct, and train staff assigned to the audit, and review their work for sufficiency of scope and accuracy to ensure the work is performed in an efficient and timely manner and work papers support conclusions contained therein.
  • Travel required up to 20%.


What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4 years related experience and/or training within Public Accounting, Internal Audit, Information Systems or General Accounting.
  • Relevant Professional Certification, or plan to attain professional certification within 3 years (CIA, CISA, CPA, CA, etc.).
  • SOX experience required.
  • Experience with IT Application & General Controls testing desired.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Microsoft O365 preferred.
  • Self-motivated, independent, well organized, and accountable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail orientated and well organized, yet aware of the big picture.
  • Ability to manage assignments within time and budget constraints and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
