As the Human Resources Manager, you will be the primary HR partner for multiple game studios. You will help drive the growth and evolution of the studios and our digital games organization by being responsible for the studios' talent management, talent strategy, leadership development, and team development. You are a data-driven, collaborative, and influential HR professional who can use your knowledge of game development and people practices to build healthy and sustainable teams that can produce fantastic games.
What you'll do:
- Provide full-scope HR support to leaders including: executive coaching, employee relations, compensation, culture development, organizational design, employee communications, and people development.
- Partner with studio leaders to craft, implement, and drive a talent agenda and strategy for the organization.
- Be a partner in the development and the strengthening of each studio's culture.
- Drive accountability for leaders in the execution of HR employee lifecycle processes throughout assigned organizations including goal setting, performance management, talent planning and annual merit (compensation).
- Provide timely mentorship and advice to managers to handle employee issues and concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate across the HR organization to build relationships that help ensure smooth implementation of policies and programs in the studios you support to achieve the organization's goals.
- Expected travel: 25%
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, 3+ as an HR Manager or HRBP (or other demonstrable experience).
- At least 2 years in a game studio environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus in business, HR or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
- Shown track-record of partnering and influencing leaders and managers to drive positive cultural and organizational outcomes.
- Experience with HR processes and cycles including (but not limited to): compensation reviews, talent calibrations, performance improvement plans, bonus and merit cycles.
- Strong partnership skills with other HR functions that drive positive organizational results.

The base salary range for this position is $86,500.00 to $129,800.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
