The Assoc Specialist Supply Chain Sustainability, will join Hasbro’s Supply Chain Sustainability team with a primary focus on data management, analytics, and performance reporting in support of responsible sourcing and ethical supply chain programs.
This role serves as a core data and insights partner to the Supply Chain Sustainability function—owning sustainability datasets, developing dashboards and KPIs, and translating complex supplier and program data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders and suppliers. The role supports Hasbro’s commitment to building a more resilient, transparent, and responsible global supply chain in line with Hasbro’s Global Business Ethics Principles.
This role will report to the Manager of Supply Chain Sustainability and support Supply Chain Sustainability operations and data needs.
What You’ll Do:
Data & Analytics

Own and maintain supply chain sustainability datasets, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting cycles.

Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to track supplier performance, program progress, and sustainability targets.

Conduct routine and ad hoc data analysis to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across suppliers and regions.

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, including industry benchmarking and comparative performance analysis.

Support forecasting and target tracking for sustainability KPIs and program milestones.
Data Management & Systems

Manage, configure, and maintain sustainability and ethical sourcing data platforms used for assessments, remediation, reporting, and audit readiness.

Implement and improve data governance practices, including validation checks, documentation, and version control.

Leverage AIenabled and automation tools to improve the efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of reporting and analysis workflows.
Stakeholder & Program Support

Partner with global Supply Chain Sustainability, Vendor Management, and crossfunctional teams to translate data into decisionready insights.

Produce recurring and adhoc reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and, where appropriate, suppliers.

Support internal reviews, program updates, and leadership reporting through clear data visualization and storytelling.

Contribute to adhoc analytical tasks and program support as required.
What You’ll Bring:
-
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, supply chain, sustainability, environmental science, economics, business, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

1–3 years of experience in data analysis, KPI development, or data‑driven program support, ideally within supply chain, sustainability, ESG, or operations.

Hands‑on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.

Strong proficiency in Excel and data handling, including data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights for non‑technical stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with a process‑driven, detail‑oriented mindset.

Ability to work proactively and independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.

Fluent in English

Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
-
Experience with ethical sourcing, responsible sourcing, sustainability, or ESG data platforms.

Exposure to AI enabled analytics or automation tools.

Familiarity with global supplier data, audits, or compliance programs.

Experience working with cross-regional or global teams.
-
Candidates with more experience would be considered as Analyst Supply Chain Sustainability.
