Responsibilities:

•  Managing data entry into Hasbro and Customer systems, including Quotes and Retail Link for complex and focus customers
•  Obtaining product related information from various internal data sources (e.g. Hasbro Data Management system (HDM), Content Service Portal, CCIC material breakdown Excel, Vendor Master Registry (VMR) etc.) for complex and focus customers
•  Extracting Customer Orders from Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or Customer Portal for complex and focus customers
•  Creating Sales Inquiries and Sales Order in SAP for complex and focus customers
•  Escalating and liaising with Order Management Specialist and BPO to resolve issues regarding Customer Purchase Orders and Sales Orders generation as required
•  Reviewing VA05 and EDI Order Error Reports
•  Updating factory profile information in Customer Portals for complex and focus customers
•  Executing order changes in SAP for complex and focus customers

 

Requirements:

  • College graduated is required
  • At least 2 years' experience in toy industry or related field
  • Previous experience using SAP is desirable
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Cantonese language skills
  • Self-disciplined and accurate approach to order processing
  • Knowledge of order processing is desirable
  • Proficiency with PC operations including use of SAP and MS office suite
