This is a 12 months fixed term contract

 

A day in the life of a Project Manager at Hasbro:

 

Strategy 

  • Provide project oversight by facilitating planning, strategy and execution of team objectives. Serve as main liaison across leadership and brand and marketing teams.
  • Work directly with licensees and internal partners to develop experiences that are innovative, brand forward and align with the business model of the project.
  • Own partnerships and support identifying targeted demographics to ensure that each experience exceeds objectives for their targeted audiences.
  • Work with external consultants to ensure decisions align with operational planning objectives, such as capacity planning, efficiency, standard operating procedures and the overall business plan throughout development.
  • Use your creativity and knowledge to lead presentations to potential industry partners for themed entertainment projects.
  • Be the key person from licensor side to work with licensee’s development team to ensure development is on track
  • Use your knowledge and experience to provide comment and suggestion to licensee to elevate the quality of the project

 

Experience Production 

  • Lead the development of high profile, mid- tier CAPEX investment experiences that involve a variety of customers including, but not limited to, internal and external leadership, operators, design agencies, brand managers, marketing and promotional agencies.
  • Supervise all aspects of assigned location-based entertainment projects including planning, budget review, scheduling, design and construction with licensees.
  • Nurture project development by including input on resolving project deliverables, tracking project updates and reporting as well as enforcement of contractual provisions and economic terms
  • Establish project plans in collaboration with licensee to determine tasks, deliverables, planned resources, scheduled and amended deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the licensee and internal creative teams to advise on the creative direction of the concept.
  • Ensure integrity of creative vision throughout production.
  • Identify, anticipate, and flag risks or issues at the project level that will impact opening dates or revenue forecasts.
  • Conduct site visits, production inspections and grand opening supervision to ensure brand consistency.

Internal Communication 

  • Connect with partners internally to build brand and marketing alignment for experiences.
  • Stay up to date on our brand information and LBE industry trends find opportunities for innovative experiences and continued growth.
  • Build and disseminate case studies on LBE experiences to be used as global sales tools.

Operations 

  • Partner with outside consultants to flag and identify operational and throughput issues to ensure experiences are operationally sound and sustainable.
  • Manage internal process and systems to best communicate with legal and financial partners.
  • Contribute to the LBE team SharePoint to ensure all necessary documents are on the central portal
  • Identify and support continuous process improvements for the global LBE organization

What you’ll bring:

  • A College Degree with 5-7 years’ experience in Location Based Entertainment production/project management
  • Experience with permanent attractions such as FEC’s, waterparks, theme parks other themed F&B a plus
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Proven track record influencing and managing both up and down to drive goals.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple development projects simultaneously
  • We need a standout colleague who is able to think strategically and shift to carrying out tasks with strong communication skills that inspire others.
  • Knowledge of Office applications and presentation software required.
  • You should demonstrate tenacity, be ambitious and capable of developing/communicating a strategic vision for new businesses
  • Some regional and international travel required, approx. 10-20%
