Product Research & Analysis – Evaluate market trends and consumer insights to identify new play experiences for customers of all ages

Concept Design & Ideation – Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative products from ideation to production

Design Sketching & Rendering – Create holistic product designs through sketches, renderings, control drawings, material selection, and color specifications

Sculpture Monitoring & Model Making – Collaborate with model shops to produce aesthetic and functional prototypes

Feature Development – Create product features using written documentation, diagrams, and cutting-edge technologies

Presentation Material Preparation – Develop 2D and 3D presentation materials for internal and external meetings
-
Visual Communication – Present ideas and designs clearly through visual storytelling and internal presentations

Design Process Management – Oversee product design throughout the development cycle, ensuring alignment with brand and production goals
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with global teams including designers, engineers, vendors, and manufacturers
-
Product Execution – Anticipate potential issues and cost constraints early in development and ensure timely resolution throughout the product lifecycle
-
Bachelor’s degree in Design or related disciplines. Industrial Design preferred
-
1–2 years of experience in product design, ideally within the toy or entertainment industry
-
Strong sketching and drafting skills (both hand-drawn and digital)
-
Creative, proactive, and highly attuned to aesthetics
-
Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, KeyShot, or ZBrush
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-
Excellent command of English; fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
-
Willingness to travel occasionally

Hands-on experience with prototyping is an advantage
