Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Develop wide range of toys from slug figures to animatronic robots.</li> <li>Evaluate product requirements and carry out feasibility study.</li> <li>Evaluate product development schedule and drive the progress.</li> <li>Issue product specifications, product & tool BOM.</li> <li>Provide cost-feature trade-off directions and determine tooling optimization.</li> <li>Manage model makers to develop engineering prototypes.</li> <li>Propose and evaluate mechanical design and electronic solutions.</li> <li>Liaise with multi-disciplinary team members, global colleagues and vendors.</li> <li>Evaluate engineering pilot samples and provide modification directions.</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering.</li> <li>3 years of experience in toy industry with product development / manufacturing experience in featured products.</li> <li>Excellent partnership and communication skills.</li> <li>Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking. </li> <li>Innovative, passionate, initiative and adaptive.</li> </ul>
