Hasbro is seeking a creative and passionate Senior Graphic Designer who possesses a fearless drive to help us change the creative landscape. This role engages in boundary-pushing thinking and drives strong visual strategy and storytelling with team members in the US and Hong Kong. Senior Graphic Designers work both hands-on and with external partners on a wide variety of creative projects. They move at a fast pace and collaborate with a team. The position reports to the Creative Manager and is responsible for working with the team on creative development for existing and new business.
Responsibilities
- Develop package layouts based on brand DNA
- Create packaging related presentation assets
- Consider and apply QA and legal package requirements and apply to packaging
- Partner with Structural Engineers to create break-frame packaging
- Identify new printing techniques & packaging trends
- Create illustrations, iconography, logos, and informational graphics
- Art Direct and prep for photo shoots
- Work with team to achieve key milestones/delivery dates
- Ensure alignment with cross functional teams
- Explore and present trend research
Requirement
- Contribute to creative strategy with cross-functional team
- Deliver creative development of projects from concept to completion
- Work independently
- Negotiate with vendors
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Highly proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, Excel
- High level of creativity, passion, and integrity
- Strong presentation skills
- Organized and able to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment
- Ability to maintain and nurture relationship with licensed partners
Qualifications
- B.F.A. in Graphic Design or Fine Arts; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience in related industry
