Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with Vendors and Customers on customer order compliance requirements including shipmarks, labels, samples and in-box sheets for complex and DI focus customers
  • Sending Hasbro inspection reports, product photos, and shipmark photos to Customers for complex and DI focus customers
  • Coordinating 3rd party inspection appointment with Vendor and requesting sample submission from Vendor for lab test for complex and DI focus customers
  • Liaising with Quality Assurance (QA), Customers and/or 3rd party inspectors for escalated quality control issues
  • Providing instructions for samples preparation (e.g., sales samples, inspection samples, shipment samples) as required
  • Obtaining and sharing QC certificates for internal teams
  • Generating the report and Customer Purchase Order for orders ready to be shipped
  • Preparing Letter of Guarantee and requesting Acceptance on Discrepancies as needed

 

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business or a related field

Experience:

At least 2 years' experience in the toy industry or related field

Knowledge & Skills:

Good command of written and spoken English

Chinese language skills

Proficiency with PC operations including use of SAP and MS office suite
