Responsibilities:

 

  • Communicating with Customers on proposed ship dates, Sales Order (SO) changes, or any other Sales Order / inquiry related issues for complex and focus customers
  • Ensuring information entered Hasbro and Customer systems including Speedquote and Retaillink are accurate and provided in a timely manner for complex and focus customers
  • Providing shipment extension reports, pending issues reports, and order summary to Market Sales and Customer Financial Services (CFS) for complex and focus customers
  • Generating non-standard customer pro-forma invoices for complex and focus customers
  • Developing preliminary container load plan for Customer Purchase Order by grouping the ship dates from various Vendors as required
  • Calculating lead time for consolidation including the voyage time to meet the Customer required Shipping Window
  • Enforcing price discrepancy control point before Shipping Instruction (SI) release and requesting follow-up action from Market Sales when a discrepancy has been identified
  • Reviewing both Vendor induced (supply-side) and Customer induced (demand-side) order change requests to assess feasibility before processing in SAP for complex, focus customers and pull in selling strategies

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business or a related field 
  • At least 2 years' experience in the toy industry or related field
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Chinese language skills
  • Proficiency with PC operations including use of SAP and MS office suite
