An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Sourcing and Development Operations Finance team, partnering with the Tooling and Product Development team.
In this role you will work closely with the Product Development teams, the Record to Report Teams and the Brand Finance teams to lead the budgeting, forecasting and reporting of tooling spend as well as managed expenses for the Product Development team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Review the End-to-End Tooling process and recommend opportunities to streamline the reporting process and develop ways to drive savings in Tooling for the business.
• Provide regular management expenses reporting updates by brand and by department across the product development team.
• Assist the procurement team in finding opportunities to drive savings across the Tooling Process.
• Generate analysis of the 3rd party purchase costs in the design and product development, to find the optimal cost spend by brand.
You will bring to this role:
• Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or commerce degree and pursuing a CPA qualification
• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the production and analysis of financial data and reporting
• Sound proficiency in MS Excel
• High energy and demonstrated initiative as part of a collaborative team
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, and drive change partnering with other finance teams.
• FMCG work experience is preferred
• Solid SAP experience
• Knowledge of MS Access Database and Power BI
